How can I pay for the products in KOSMED internet store?
The products in KOSMED internet store can be paid for in cash or with a bank card in person in Pulkveža Brieža iela 15 (2nd Floor), Rīga, LV-1010 and via internet bank (Luminor, Swedbank) or payment card online (VISA/MASTER CARD). How can I receive the purchased products? KOSMED internet store offers to receive the purchased products in person in Pulkveža Brieža iela 15 (2nd Floor), Rīga, LV-1010, presenting identification documents, or by sending an authorised representative with an authorisation. Another option is to receive the products in the nearest Omniva parcel machine or via Omniva courier to the preferable address. How soon can I receive the purchased products? As soon as the order is ready for receipt, we will contact you. If all ordered products are in store, you can receive them in person right away – in Pulkveža Brieža iela 15 (2nd Floor), Rīga, LV-1010 on working days from 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. You can receive the order in Omniva parcel machine or preferable address via Omniva courier in the territory of Latvia within 1-2 working days. How much it costs to receive the products? Product receipt in person is free. Product receipt in Omniva parcel machine in the territory of Latvia costs EUR 1.99+VAT. Product receipt in your preferred address via Omniva courier depends on the delivery address. Full price of the order including delivery costs can be seen at order formation.


Do products purchased in KOSMED internet store have a warranty? Yes, the date of product expiry is the date of its warranty end. If during the time of warranty, the product has shown quality problems, the client should address the company representatives, presenting documents that prove the purchase (cash register receipt, consignment note, bank transfer payment receipt, or warranty voucher if such has been received) to agree on further actions. May I return the purchased products? According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, you may return products purchased in internet stores in 14 days’ time from the purchase day. What are the benefits of being a registered client? Registered clients regularly receive discounts; they do not have to fill in purchase data repeatedly for every new order; they have the option to follow their order status online; they have shopping cart availability from any device and place.
