DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment at receipt of the product at Ltd. “ERKO group” office in Pulkveža Brieža ielā 15 (2nd floor), Rīga, LV-1010 is possible in cash or by payment card card.
2. Via internet bank or payment card online.
2.1. LUMINOR internet bank.
2.2. SWEDBANK internet bank.
2.3. By payment card online – VISA/MASTERCARD/MAESTRO.
3. Prepayment invoice with due date in 3 days from issue date. Please, provide your e-mail to receive the invoice.

Payment terms for LEGAL PERSONS

For legal persons, it is advised to choose payment by internet bank, payment card online or with a prepayment invoice. If a legal person wants to pay for a product at its receipt in the company office, please, provide your company details to be entered in the cash register when ordering the product.

PRODUCT RECEIPT

At Ltd. “ERKO group” office, in Pulkveža Brieža iela 15 (2nd floor), Rīga, LV-1010 on working days from 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m..
It is possible to receive the ordered and paid product, as well as make the payment at product receipt.
The product may be received by the purchaser or an authorised person. The product will be issued after checking the person’s identity through a passport or ID card or authorisation, if needed.

Delivery to Omniva parcel machine.
When confirming your order, choose closest to you Omniva parcel machine or delivery via Omniva courier. You will receive an SMS with parcel machine opening code to the provided phone number. If in 7 days’ time the product is not taken out of the parcel machine, it will be sent back to the sender.

It will be possible to receive the returned product at the office of Ltd. “ERKO group” in Pulkveža Brieža iela 15 (2nd floor), Rīga, LV-1010, having previously agreed on the time of receipt. If in 7 days’ time the product is not taken out, the purchase will be cancelled.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

The ordered product will be packed according to the terms of the chosen delivery type to ensure unchanged product quality during transportation. The product will come with a consignment note and original invoice in case of prepayment (for legal persons) and custom printout (for private persons).
